Role of Exosomes in Tumor Development: Current Knowledge and Future Directions
نویسندگان
چکیده
The role of exosomes and how they act at the tumour site are subjects growing study. These macrovesicles can be formed by a variety cell types, including immunological mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). In particular, exosome synthesis tumor is crucial because these transported blood to distant organs enhance probability spread. Exosomes may have tumor-inhibiting effects depending on kind source, despite data indicating that tumor-promoting qualities. This review seeks provide thorough evaluation biogenesis, composition, isolation before highlighting current understanding their function in promoting or inhibiting cancer paying particular attention produced MSCs (MSC-EXOs).

Current Knowledge, Challenges, and Future Directions
The most common cause of peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is atherosclerotic vascular disease. PAD because of atherosclerosis is relatively highly prevalent, affecting >200 million people worldwide, including an estimated 8 to 10 million individuals in the United States alone. Atherosclerotic PAD is typically identified in the clinical setting when patients present with claudication or critica...
متن کاملCetacean Morbillivirus: Current Knowledge and Future Directions
We review the molecular and epidemiological characteristics of cetacean morbillivirus (CeMV) and the diagnosis and pathogenesis of associated disease, with six different strains detected in cetaceans worldwide. CeMV has caused epidemics with high mortality in odontocetes in Europe, the USA and Australia. It represents a distinct species within the Morbillivirus genus. Although most CeMV strains...

Traumatic events (including sexual abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse, and combat trauma) are associated with long-term physical and psychological effects. These events may influence patients’ health care experiences and engagement in preventative care. Although the term trauma-informed care (TIC) is widely used, it is not well understood how to apply this concept in daily health care practi...
متن کاملFiloviruses in Bats: Current Knowledge and Future Directions
Filoviruses, including Ebolavirus and Marburgvirus, pose significant threats to public health and species conservation by causing hemorrhagic fever outbreaks with high mortality rates. Since the first outbreak in 1967, their origins, natural history, and ecology remained elusive until recent studies linked them through molecular, serological, and virological studies to bats. We review the ecolo...
متن کاملSudden unexpected death in epilepsy: current knowledge and future directions.
Although largely neglected in earlier literature, sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) is the most important epilepsy-related mode of death, and is the leading cause of death in people with chronic uncontrolled epilepsy. Research during the past two to three decades has shown that incidence varies substantially depending on the epilepsy population studied, ranging from 0.09 per 1000 pati...
